Jean-Pierre Hounieu holds a Master in general public law and a PhD in law from Bordeaux IV University.
He joined Racine in January 2006.
A former research lecturer at Bordeaux IV University and at the Institute of Political Studies in Bordeaux, he currently teaches public property law at Bordeaux IV University.
He also taught general administrative law, constitutional law and administrative litigation. He led a DECF (accounting degree) preparation course in which he taught corporate law.
He mainly works in general administrative litigation, the signing and execution of government contracts to provide works and intellectual services, public law governing construction, law governing public corporations and public works, urban-planning litigation, environment law, classified installations, public corporation liability, medical liability and civil service law.
