General terms and conditions of use
Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the use of the Racine website (referred to below as the Site) and apply to all Internet users.
The consultation of the Site assumes that the Internet user has acquired prior knowledge of these terms and conditions, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them.
Article 2 – Proper usage
The Internet user undertakes not to perform any action liable to damage or disrupt in any way whatsoever the normal operation of the Site.
The Internet user undertakes not to misuse the nominative information present on the Site.
Article 3 – Intellectual property
The Internet user undertakes to respect the intellectual property inherent to the Site and its content, of any nature.
More specifically, the Internet user undertakes to refrain from duplicating or representing the Site, by any means whatsoever and in any form whatsoever, without the prior, express authorisation of Racine.

All the intellectual content on the Site is published for informative purposes only and shall not be construed as dispensing the Internet user from the need to seek appropriate advice according to his or her needs.
The use of this intellectual content is consequently the sole responsibility of the Internet user and shall in no circumstances incur the liability of Racine.
Article 5 – French Law "Information technology and Civil Liberties"
The nominative data communicated by the Internet user, notably through the forms, are for the sole use of Racine.
They enable Racine to manage the Internet user’s subscriptions to the different newsletters published by Racine and to manage any other requests submitted by the Internet user.
The Internet user has the right to access, modify or delete his or her personal data. Racine nonetheless reserves the right to delete records from its database and to limit the number of records stored.
Article 6 – Statistical data

These cookies do not enable the user to be identified, and their only purpose is to measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits and how the Internet user moved around on the Site.
The Internet user may refuse or delete these cookies without this having any affect upon his or her use of the site.
Article 7 – Links to other sites
The Internet user undertakes not to create a link between the Site and another website without the prior, express agreement of Racine.
In no event may Racine be liable for the consequences of access through a link to another site, should this link be created without its agreement.
