Racine supports SUEZ in its acquisition of a stake in ‘The Future is Neutral’, a Renault Group subsidiary dedicated to vehicle recycling and the circular economy.

Paris, 21 October 2024 – Racine has advised SUEZ as part of its strategic partnership with Renault Group, through the acquisition of a 20% stake in The Future is Neutral, a subsidiary of the carmaker specialising in the recycling of end-of-life vehicles. This investment, worth around €140 million, marks an important step towards the creation of a closed automotive recycling loop in Europe, an ambitious project that meets the growing challenges of sustainable resource management and industrial sovereignty.

Racine assists Setic Pourtier with Arcole investment

Paris, 31 October 2024 – Racine acted for Setic, a major player in industrial equipment, on the occasion of the investment led by Arcole, aimed at accelerating the development of its new entity, Setic Pourtier.
Racine advised Setic Pourtier and its shareholder, with a team comprising Antoine Diesbecq, Bruno Laffont and Julie Molinié, alongside MPRD & Partners (Marco Pezzetta).
Arcole was advised by Nicolas Depoix-Robain, Lorraine Montheillet and Amandine Grima, as well as Eight Advisory (Shafik Hosni, Arthur Romelli).
