Racine advises Go Capital in the creation of its new investment fund GOCA3

Racine has advised Go Capital in the creation of its new €60 million investment fund for young technology companies in the West of France. Dedicated to the investment of technology companies, GOCA3 will have a 12-year life span.

Racine strengthens its Competition Department and welcomes Guillaume Fabre, new partner

Guillaume Fabre is a recognised expert in competition law, and in particular in antitrust and state aid litigation. He has represented groups such as Apple, Reckitt and Eureden in litigation before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission. Guillaume Fabre has acted in major State aid cases in France (Dexia, PSA, Areva, SNCM) and has extensive experience in compensation litigation before the French commercial courts, particularly in the tech sector.

He is accompanied by Julien Puech, associate.
