Paris, 29 January 2025 – Racine has assisted the German group ACO, world leader in surface water drainage systems, in its acquisition of the French company Limatec, a specialist in stainless steel drainage systems.

Since it was founded in 1978, Limatec has established itself as a recognised expert in stainless steel drainage, with a perfect command of the French market. The family-run company, which now employs 48 people, combines tradition and innovation to offer top-quality products. It has become France’s leading manufacturer of stainless steel drainage systems.
his acquisition represents a strategic step forward for the ACO Group, which is strengthening its position in the French market while expanding its range of products and services designed to meet today’s environmental and technological challenges.

Racine acted with a team comprising Jean-Christophe Beaury (Partner), Alexia Ruleta (Counsel), Ornella Bianchi and Polina Loyko (Associates) on the corporate aspects and Guillaume Thuleau (Partner) and Noa Wolff (Associate) on the social aspects.
