Racine advises Stellantis on its equity investment in Symbio alongside Michelin and Faurecia

Racine and KPMG Avocats advised Stellantis on its acquisition of a stake in Symbio, a leader in zero-emission hydrogen mobility. Following the transaction, Stellantis, Michelin and Faurecia will each hold a 33.33% stake in Symbio. The acquisition of this stake is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Racine advised Stellantis with a team composed of Bastien Thomas, partner, François Aubin and Lisa Ménétrier, associates.
