Racine strengthens its Competition practice with the arrival of Guillaume Fabre as partner.

Guillaume Fabre is a recognised expert in competition law, specifically in antitrust and State aid litigation. He has represented companies such as Apple, Reckitt and Eureden in litigation before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission. Guillaume Fabre has acted in major State aid cases in France (Dexia, PSA, Areva, SNCM) and has significant experience in damages litigation before French commercial courts, particularly for tech cases.

Guillaume Fabre is joined by Julien Puech, associate.
