Racine supports 360 Capital in the 1st closing of its new investment vehicle, 360 LIFE II

Paris, February 17, 2025 – Racine has supported 360 Capital in the first closing of its new investment fund, 360 LIFE II, to the tune of 140 million euros. The fund, dedicated to financing European start-ups specializing in energy transition, the circular economy and urban sustainability , has a final target of €200 million.
Established in 1997, 360 Capital has built a reputation as a pioneering venture capital firm within Deep Tech and Climate Tech domains. With a portfolio that includes high-growth companies like Exotec (France’s first industrial unicorn), Preligens (acquired by Safran), and Alsid (acquired by Tenable), the firm has completed 28 exits since 2018.
Over the past ten years, deep-tech and climate-tech have become key areas of investment.
With 360 LIFE II, 360 Capital reinforces its commitment to the ecological transition. The fund plans to invest in around twenty promising pan-european projects, with tickets ranging from €3 to €10 million, in Series A or Series B, depending on the maturity and capital requirements of the selected companies.
The fund is backed by leading European anchor investors and industrial partners , such as A2A and De Nora, and institutional investors including CDP Ventures and Bpifrance, who share 360 Capital’s vision of supporting disruptive technological innovations to meet environmental challenges.
In addition to financing, 360 LIFE II plays an active role in the governance of the companies it supports, systematically taking a seat on their board of directors. It also makes available its network of experts and investors, to foster opportunities for strategic partnerships and accelerate the development of the most promising technologies.
